I came across BlueVoda website builder when I needed to set up a website for ex-pats living in Spain. As I have been out here for many years, I found that I had so much knowledge to share and because I already had the basic skills of website creation, I decided to design website to share my knowledge with others. I had looked at two other sites which offered a website builder for free use.
