ICANN Testimony Could Impact DNS Stewardship Transition

This week, a government committee convened to discuss the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), which, in light of some examples of some questionable behavior, is seeming in need of reforms before it should be entrusted with new responsibilities around the DNS root zone, IP addressing and protocol parameters.
