I have just published the first page of my new site and have got a 403 error when I look at it in my browser. On the error page is a link to the CGI bin (which is empty) and another link that does take me to the index page. I am sure that the publishing details are just like my previous site (the specifics are different) so I am not sure what I have to do to correct this error
