Hi there, I have created a form and re watched all 3 form tutorials and cannot work out why when I submit my form it brings up my error page. http://www.junglelane.com/advertise_onlineform.php Originally, I was having trouble getting the uploaded file, and since installing the new version of BV and altering my form as per the tutorials.
