Ninety-four percent of enterprises that do disaster recovery to the public cloud agree that their SLAs have improved in doing so, a new study commissioned by Microsoft and conducted by Forrester finds. SLA attainment is just one of the benefits reported when turning to the cloud for backup and DR.
