control panel/username issues

so uhm i finished making my webpages with blue voda and clicked on publish, they said i should enter my usernmae and all, and i don’t have one, i clicked on click here,t hen i was supposed to pay, cause i’m 14 and don’t have a credit card i used my mum’s friends credit card to pay (i asked her) and they told me payment was successful, then sent me the invoice and all, hen i went to publish my website again, and then i noticed they didn’t send me a username or a password, and i’ve been nervous since then, trying to try to know if they’ll send me one, they didn’t so i thaught maybe i have to get it myself i was already sign3ed up for the client login part and for forums, but i’m still looking to see if there is any available place to signup for control panel, and i also typed my domain name that i registered for, and it says can’t display webpage, and i also payed for my domain name, i’m really confused now and don’t know what to do, i’m i supposed to re-download voda host or what?? hope someone haven’t created this type of topic before, asnd hope to get some help really soon, tnks
