Hyperlinking within a page

​Hi, can anyone help me with hyperlinking within a page. I have no problem linking pages but what I want to do on a specific page is use a text menu at the top with a number of choices which link to specific paragraphs of text within that page – a quicker way to navigate that having to scroll down to the relevant paragraph.
