Please take a look if my pages work the same like in my computer?

Hi Friends, I open my site at other computers but don’t work the same as in my computer. Creating My Background?

Dumb yes I know, but how do I get a background in blue voda on my page I’m working on, everything else looks simple, but Im use to frontpage where you go to format at the top and click insert background.
