problem with payment

when my mum’s friend paid for me with mastercard, she was asked to scan the credit card, i said she can’t so voda sent me a message saying i should pay with paypal, she did not have one, so she got one, and payed with the paypal, and they said she should wait for 3 to 6 days, after that, the payment got through, then my invoice said payed, but now vodahost sent me an e-mail saying i should scan my credit card front and back but i should hide the number, then i should send it to their e-mail or fax..
